How to make Coconut Cake

Cake with coconut and condensed milk in minutes. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 395 grams (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams (7 oz) of heavy cream
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) of shredded coconut flakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

In a bowl, add the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and shredded coconut. Whisk well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add a pinch of salt and the baking powder, stirring gently to combine everything. Transfer the mixture to a cake pan (or glass dish).

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake the mixture for about 40 minutes, or until golden and firm.

Remove from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, and then serve.
