How to Make Banana Cake

Easy and Quick Banana Cake. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

For the Cake Batter:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Sliced bananas for topping

For the Syrup:

  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions:

For the Cake Batter:

In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, oil, and whole milk. Blend for about 1 minute.

After that, add the all-purpose flour and blend for another minute.

Next, mix in the baking powder. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and place the banana slices on top of the batter.

Then, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 to 50 minutes or until fully baked.

For the Syrup:

Start by adding the sugar to a saucepan and heat until it completely melts.

After that, add the water and keep stirring until you have a smooth and even syrup.

Finally, pour the syrup over the cake, let it cool, and then serve.
