How to Make Chocolate Cake with Oat Flakes

For afternoon snack or breakfast. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of oat flakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml/3.38 fl oz of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Instructions:

Start by adding the eggs and oil to a blender, then blend for about 3 minutes or until you have a smooth mixture.

Next, add the ripe bananas, cocoa powder, and oat flakes to the mixture, and blend again until everything is well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the baking powder, and mix until fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a baking pan and spread it evenly. Finally, bake in a preheated oven (200°C or 390°F) for about 30 minutes.

Once done, remove from the oven, let it cool, then serve.
