Meal Prep:  Nutella Brownie

Learn how to prepare for snack or breakfast step-by-step recipes inspired by top online culinary schools. Whether you’re an aspiring chef or just love gourmet cooking at home, these professional recipe ideas are perfect for busy days and high-quality meals.

Recipe ingredients:

  • 700g Nutella (24.7 oz | about 2¾ cups)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour/wheat flour (120g | 4.2 oz)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, add the Nutella and eggs. Mix well until the batter is smooth and fully combined.

Gradually add the flour, stirring until everything is well incorporated and the batter is thick and creamy.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Then turn off the oven.

Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting.

Slice and serve however you like — plain, with ice cream, or topped with more Nutella!
