- 400g (14 oz) heavy cream or table cream, very cold
Strawberry Layer:
- 1 packet of strawberry-flavored powdered drink mix (about 25g / 0.88 oz)
- 400g (14 oz) heavy cream or table cream, very cold
Instructions:
Prepare the Lemon Cream:
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, add the cold cream and the lemon powdered drink mix.
Beat on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes, until you get a smooth, creamy, and airy texture.
Pour the lemon cream into a glass dish or individual cups, spreading evenly to form the first layer.
Prepare the Strawberry Cream:
In the same mixer, combine the cold cream with the strawberry powdered drink mix.
Beat again on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
Gently spread the strawberry cream over the lemon layer, covering it completely.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set and firm. Serve and enjoy!
